We offer 100% free worldwide shipping on all cement, concrete, masonry, stucco and repair product orders. No delivery surcharges, weight fees or regional extra costs apply to any destination globally. This offer applies sitewide with no minimum order value required.

2. Order Processing Timeline

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will start processing on the next working business day. Large bulk construction supply orders may require an extra 1–2 processing days for warehouse packaging.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic US Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International Global Shipping: 7–18 business days after dispatch

    Delivery speed may be slightly affected by local customs clearance, regional logistics delays or seasonal holiday shipping peaks.

4. Shipping Tracking

Once your package leaves our warehouse, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can monitor real-time delivery status via our official website tracking page at any time.

5. Shipping Exclusions & Notes

  • We ship all packaged concrete building materials to every country worldwide; restricted territories sanctioned by international trade regulations are excluded.
  • Customers are responsible for local import duties, customs taxes or inspection fees imposed by your domestic customs authority.
  • Damaged packaging caused by transit logistics must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours upon package receipt for resolution support.

6. Order Modification Before Shipment

If you need to adjust shipping address or order details before dispatch, please contact customer service promptly. Adjustments cannot be processed once the package has been shipped out.
